    Pricing questions

    How is the Professional price calculated?
    A $400 base covers your first 50 students and 5 teachers. Beyond that it's $2.50 per additional student and $5 per additional teacher, per year. The estimator above shows the exact maths for your numbers.
    Which plan is right for us?
    Starter suits a single classroom or micro-school — up to 20 students and 2 teachers. Growing fits a small school with a few classrooms — up to 40 students and 4 teachers — and adds the Volunteer Organizer and the Reports page (class and field-trip lists, attendance, transcripts, the Excel export). Professional is for a whole school of any size, including 50 students and 5 teachers and scaling from there. The gradebook, report cards, the parent portal, enrollment and the whole-school year report are on every plan — a small school needs those just as much as a large one.
    Do we pay per parent?
    No. Parent portal accounts are unlimited and never counted. Pricing is based only on students and teachers.
    What happens at the end of the year?
    Closing a year archives it — nothing is deleted, and past report cards stay readable. Your plan renews annually for the year ahead.
