    Pricing questions

    How is our price calculated?
    Students enrolled × $16, per year — that's it. A very small school pays our $160 minimum. Monthly billing is available at about 10% more. Each renewal simply bills the students you actually have that year.
    Do teachers, substitutes or aides cost anything?
    No. Staff accounts are free and unlimited — teachers, substitute teachers, aides, the secretary, the board. Only students are counted.
    Do we pay per parent?
    No. Parent portal accounts are unlimited and never counted. Pricing is based only on students.
    Are any features extra?
    No. One price includes the whole product — gradebook, attendance, report cards, the parent portal, conference scheduling, the Volunteer Organizer, every report and printable, and the Excel export. There is no "that's on the bigger plan."
    What happens at the end of the year?
    Closing a year archives it — nothing is deleted, and past report cards stay readable. Your plan renews annually, billed for the students enrolled in the new year.
